The ServDes 2014 Call for Papers is out! We are looking for long and short papers as well as for workshop proposals.
The papers will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted contributions will be published electronically in the conference proceedings and selected best papers will be published within special issues on Service Design in The Design Journal or the Managing Service Quality journal.
