Fast-track opportunity to design journal

We are pleased to announce that three selected submissions to ServDes, as
well as three from the International Service Design Network Conference, will
be fast-tracked to the special issue on Designing for Services of the
International Journal of Design (guest editor Birgit Mager and Tung-Jung David Sung).

The authors of the selected three papers will be invited to submit their papers to the special issue, and the papers will be subject to the peer review process of the journal. The decisions to accept the papers will be made based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Extended deadline

Based on requests from the service design community, there has been a joint decision by the ServDes.2010 organising committee and the program committee to extended the submission deadline. Then new deadline will be July 2 2010.

This will be the only deadline extension. No other deadlines will be affected by this change.
